Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–5 business days

International Orders: 5–7 business days on average

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Shipping Partners

Petovaa works with reliable global carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and SF Express, along with trusted local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are unfortunately unable to modify the delivery address.


Delivery Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first to locate the package.
